        Overall

        Rich took advantage of us being in a flood and price gouged us pretty deep. Charged us $450 to replace a $97 circuit board. Really? He wrote down the cost of the circuit board as $360. I called and he readily admitted he knew what he did. How many people did he take advantage of during the flood?
