Great place to buy lawn equipment! Customer service is outstanding. Everyone there is knowledgeable and eager to help. One of the employees named Brittney is always helpful and ready to answer any question. She has a great smile and truly cares about all customers. Make sure to look her up when you visit. Kevin is also outstanding. I always enjoy visiting with him and discussing lawn problems and equipment. Keep up the great works guys!

These folks are very knowledgeable at any question I could throw at them regarding our equipment! From the friendly "hello" when I walked in to the honest estimate and detailed explanation of the work needing to be done, plus I found a few mowers that I couldn't live without for my guys to use! I highly recommend using Lakeview Power Equipment for all your needs!

We were in need of a new lawnmower as some crumb bums stole ours while my husband's back was turned! I put it out on our Neighborhood website and Kevin responded. As my husband helps a young man earn money to go to the Boy Scout National Jamboree this summer, the lawn mower was very important to his work! Kevin helped us buy the very best for the money! He talked to our young friend and gave him great advice! Today, we decided to get a new weedeater and edger and again Kevin gave us the very best advice and recommended the best equipment to buy. We have been very impressed with all the service Lakeview Power Equipment has given us. All the employees have been wonderful and knowledgable!

Kyle was very friendly, helpful and professional I dropped off my lawn mower and within 25 minutes I received a call from Kyle letting me know that he finish repairing my lawn more and it was ready for pickup

Complaint Description:
Repair Fraud
Brought in a weed eater to be serviced for a minor repair and paid the deposit.
Service tech called and advised that the repair would be an additional $65.
I instructed them NOT to complete the repairs and I would pick the unit up.
I was contacted two weeks later that the repair was complete and I owed $65. I complained that I requested no farther work to be done and the tech said he would have some one call me.
Two weeks later the Service Manager calls about my picking the unit up. I informed him as to my dis-satisfaction and he advised me he would take the new parts off the unit and return an incomplete non-serviceable unit to me.
I informed him that I delivered a complete unit and had expected to pick up a complete unit to sell to another individual with the multiple accessories I own.
I asked them to split the outstanding cost of the repairs and he said he would check with the owners.
The service manager called the next day and informed me that the owner would not spit the cost and I could pay 100% of the bill or they could remove the parts and return the incomplete unit to me.
I consider their actions to be fraudulent and abusive.
Your Desired Resolution:
I believe that it was reasonable to request the reduction of the bill by 50%.
