Payday America - Roseville

Whatch out people this store employs crooks! They steal from customers. I brought my Computer in there for some cash. After I payed off the loan I brought it home and noticed my DVD/CD-Rom was not opening, so thing it might be jammed I opened the door manually and to my surprise my DVD/CD-Rom was missing. How pathetic does a company have to be to steal from a customer while there down on their luck, I mean com'on. So I contacted their there corporate office and was told that it was a inexpesive item so get over it! So that was there extent of help. So go somewhere else people.

Terribly unreliable products--would've rated 0 stars if I could.

Bought a touch pixi 7 tablet from this place. It worked when we got home and died within the next two days. We thought the battery was dead, so we charged it. Worked again the next day and then the same problem occurred again the following day.

We took it in to exchange it, but with Thanksgiving being right around the corner, we passed the 10 days exchange policy. The manager offered us a discount, if we buy a new tablet, which we obviously rejected. Why would we buy more unreliable devices and support this kind of place?

We try selling it back to them. The associate, who knew nothing about why we came in, offered us $15 for the tablet. Note, we bought the thing from them for $40. I threw up my peace sign, clapped my hands and said, $40 is the only money you'll see from us ever.

1) This store sells unreliable devices
2) The exchange policy is too short (especially for unreliable devices).

They are crooks!
