I was sick and they helped me

I took my Mother there based on a recommendation that the wait time is quick. That was the ONLY good thing about it. I filled out NO paper work--none, not even a list of allergies or who Mom's primary care doctor was. Mom signed consent to treat and that was IT!

Long story short, am taking her this morning to her primary care doctor to find out what is wrong. After 5.5 days of antibiotics, there should be at the very least, some improvement.

Very disappointing to say the least.

We were told to leave because our sick 2 year old daughter was crying in the room waiting to be seen. I've never been more disrespected ever. This place is an absolute joke.

The staff was friendly, but if your suffering from a severe sinus infection don't go to this urgent care!!!!!! The doctor will not prescribe u anything for your sinus infection, doesn't care if your in pain can barely see or haven't been eating because your sinuses have been draining in your stomach! No compassion for the sick whatsoever!!!!!!

I visited the 13 Mile / Little Mack clinic in late August after feeling symptoms of fatigue, fever, weight loss and night sweats for weeks. It reminded me of a veterinarian office. I explained my symptoms to the physician on duty and how they had been going on for some time. He completely blew all of that off and opted instead to lecture me like a high school student about the dangers of smoking. This encompassed the ENTIRE appointment. I assured him that I was aware of said danger and what about my symptoms?!? "Oh, were you around a lot of people recently"? Yes, a 100 guest BBQ party earlier this month. "Well, that's it then. You caught a virus there. You really need to quit smoking".

Complete waste of my co-pay. The jerk didn't even consider that my symptoms began long before the party.

I made an appointment with my REAL doctor's office, and the first thing the intern did was get my permission to test for autoimmune diseases, and my REAL physician ordered abdominal CT scan -- based on all of the same symptoms I told the jerk at the clinic.

Looks like I probably have cancer in my liver and kidneys. I understand that medicine has no guarantees, but this doctor decided to use my appointment for his personal soap box rather than even listen to my symptoms. I wish I could remember his name, because he is a disrespectful, ineffective member of the medical community who didn't even TRY!

So rude!!!!

The receptionist was extremely rude the minute I walked in. When she was asking for my daughter's information she was asking the questions as quickly as possible so i couldn't understand what she was asking and had an attitude about it. When she was trying to take my daughter's temperature orally my daughter could not lift up her tongue for her to put the thermometer in because she is a child and they can't do everything on command. She rudely repeated "lift up your tongue" to her. After saying it 5 times and realizing my daughter couldn't do it, she seemed extremely agitated and finally put it under her armpit. Then we see the doctor who talks to you like you're an idiot and told me not to pay attention to how high my daughter's fever was. Which is the dumbest advice I've ever heard. I will not be going back here. With the amount of money this doctor gets to checkout my daughter for 2 minutes, I'm sure he can manage to be polite and teach his staff to do the same.

Paid for my visit and two scipts they never called second one in and he said it was good for a year called today women was beyond rude and treated me like a idiot or a drug abuser its not even for drugs refused to help or look up my history to show I'm not lying. Never going. Back

First time coming to this location. Went to check in and the lady behind the desk had music playing loud and when sighing papers she was singing out loud. Also the same girl went outside and smoked a cigarette infront of the building and then comes in smelling of smoke.Not professional. Would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the urgent care on 11 and Little Mack.

I had to go to this place twice because of a fiasco with my new doctor and insurance and them not being able to see me in a timely manner. All I needed was refills of my bood pressure meds. Neither doctor I saw knew how my medication worked or how to dose it properly. The first thought it built up in time and took three days to work up a blood serum leval (WRONG) The second thought it could only be dosed at ten mg.one time per day (Wrong) I take one five mg.dose once in the morning and at night precisely because this medication DOESN'T stay in your blood stream for 24 hrs. The doctor who put me on it (a common medication) has FOUR medical degrees and 40 yrs.of experience. Once when I ended up in an ER and that doctor totally agreed with that dosage twice per day precisely because of the reasons I've. mentioned. My sister is a registered nurse and she agrees. I've been on it for three years, my mother longer still yet it seems we are all wrong. In my opinion these people are dangerous. They dont know how a common medication works or how to administer it and thats two of the doctors at this place. Where did they get medical degrees? Avoid this place at all costs. I certainly will!

Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Went in and it was dirty and busier than all get out. Took over 3 hours for my visit. Very rude office staff, all they could talk about was going home and smoking. I can't tell you how many times I heard them bitching about wanting to go home. The girl that took my info at the front window had such a poor attitude, ridiculous. Every time a patient came in it just got worse. The girl in triage was very pleasant, unfortunately the rest of the visit made her nice demeanor a bust. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and go to the clinic on 12 mile, much nicer, quicker and less populated.

Love this office! Even though it's an Urgent Care Center, I use it as my kids' Doctor's office since they take their insurance. Staff is wonderful & the Doc's are very professional and caring. I would highly recommend.

I have been to your offices Warren & Roseville and I have never seen any of the people in the picture on the website Rosevillurgentcare365...Have ever considered updating your website with all of your wonderful staffs pictures? A picture of the Doctors receptionist and MA's,I love coming to your facility I always feel very welcomed please let all of the lady's know

I went there with pink eye first and they treated that ..the two ladies that took care of me were wonderful and so kind and sweet ....the doctor was wonderful and has a very nice bedside mannor ...........they are all great there and I would recommend them to everyone I know......

Awesome staff. Very friendly and helpful. Dr.Hammoud was very nice and referred me to a pharmacy that charged 1/2 what Meijer did the last time I needed the prescription. From the minute I walked in the clinic, to the minute I walked out was 27 minutes. Very quick and efficient. I would recommend this place to anyone and will go back if I ever have the need.

I was very satisfied with my Saturday afternoon visit to this Urgent Care facility. I was greeted and processed relatively quickly even though there were at least 4 patients before me. I felt the doctor listened to me, took Xrays to confirm his diagnosis, prescribed follow up medication and administered two injections. Everyone was professional and friendly. The center is clean, spacious and bright. I would recommend this center for anyone who cannot get into his/her regular doctor due to week end emergencies or their doctor's availability.

I was VERY happy i went there this evening...Iwent in for a bad cold which turned out to be a sinus infection, but after checking my blood pressure which was very high....they kept me there and gave me meds to lovwer it and took and EKG to check my heart and drew blood to check for any related problems to the kidneys from the high blood pressure. the doctor was very attenative as was the girl you did everything for me. They were very concerned about my blood pressure. I was very glad I chose this place to go to as another urgent care may not have taken the time with me and only treated me for my cold THANK YOU

I would not recommend going here!! I took my girlfriend here twice and both times they sent her to hospital where we spent hours only to get the same prescription for COPD. I attempted to be seen and the office manager argued with me about my insurance and she would not admit she was wrong and was rude.
