If you consign with them, be prepared to not get paid for a long time! The majority of my items sold in Dec and then just a couple items in Jan. One of the women working there said they would just pull the Jan items sold into one check (which Dec's items should have been paid in Jan), which did not happen and I waited until Feb out of courtesy before following up and bcz frankly it wasn't a ton of money. The check is supposed to be processed the following month (Jan and Feb for me). I called them multiple times in late Feb to try and get some answers, only to be argued w/ about the timing of the payments (despite having my contract which specifically mentions the items will be paid for the following month), and I was promised that "they will process my payment" many times. Come Mar I still did not have the check. I called and inquired, one of the women said, "oh, here it is in the pick up box" even though I specifically asked for them to mail it to me. She told me she would send the check, confirmed my address on file, which was correct and said she would put it in the mail that day. Well, I never received it in the mail, so then I called again in Apr as I wanted this thing to get off my mental checklist. I was then told they would put a stop payment on the first check and that they would drive a check out to my house and put it under my doormat; again, confirmed the correct address. No check was delivered. I have video cameras that record to the cloud for 10-days at a time and there was never anyone that delivered a check to my front door, not later that day as promised, nor any following day (I also get alerts to my phone when a person walks up to my front door). I then contacted them again in early May. I was then berated by the owner and called a liar via text. Finally received my payment on May 5th, the majority of which is over 3 months late.

Love the store! It's organized and clean and the selection is large!! everything from jewelry to furniture!! The staff is very helpful and makes for a great shopping experience!!!

This is Roseville area's best high-scale consignment store. Service is exceptional and selection is incredible.
