Seabourne Place Mobile Home Park

These people harass me every week with a notice to cut my grass. I've got a notice 4 days after I cut my grass to cut it again or they will come cut it and charge me $40. The last mobile home park I lived in only charges $15 if they cut it. Also the pool is never open at sea born place. Maybe 2 weeks out the summer but it's not open year-round like an apartment complex would be! They used to have a basketball goal with a net now it's just a rim with no net.

The lady answering the phone is very rude!! I was inquiring about some information and she hung up on me intentionally.
