DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Repairman Jonathan scratch the front of my Whirlpool dryer across the the door and gouge the bottom panel, remocing the paint. When confronted with the damage, he denied it. When I called the shop, Louis said he would speak with him which resulted in Jonathan calling me and telling me - "You are a liar!" I have 3 witnesses here to attest to the fact that my dryer was not scratched. Also, Jonathan the repairman failed to show up with the proper tools and had to use MY shop vac to vacuum out the bottom of the dryer. Also, Jonathan LOST the screws to replace the bottom panel back on the dryer and I had to find them on the floor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
