Lightening Taxicab

I've very happy to see that more people here at yellow pages know the truth about and are helping to warn others on Lightening Taxicab as I said on Google It baffles me to see that this Taxi Company is still listed online and at times on some search engines listed at the top. It is said that if you ask him he'll tell ya that he stole the company from his kid sister, with the help of his gay partner Mike from Executive Taxi who with the help of Megan we learned now owns gay crazy horse Taxi in Cody . Lightning Taxi isn't even in business, executive isnt in business, butterfly isn't in business, and if they are they never answer the phone.



Lightening Taxi voice mail promises that It'll be back up and running soon. Rider's be aware I learned from multiple Taxi Companies, that when they were open they were riding around without any taxicab insurance, and that the state took their licensing and permissions away for life. Now for me a year ago we made an advance reservation for a taxi to the Rock Springs Airport @7:30AM.



To reserve the taxi they charged $50 on my Credit Card, $10 for an early morning reservations and then $40 for the Airport fare and well they didn't even show up, I never recieved a refund We called them @7:40AM when they hadn't shown up and were told they were 2 minutes away but they never ever showed up. We had a frantic trip by another taxi Yellow Cab I think it was and just made it to the plane. These people are completely undependable and dishonest.



I would never recommend Lightening Taxi to anyone and would advise anyone who rides with them to be prepared to be let down

Id give it 0 stars if I could. I called and they said 15 minutes. Its now been 1 hour and they still are not here.

it was horriable service and a very rude driver, i went to school with him his name was royce/ roles sumthin like that i dont really know. but i got a cab at the Bombers Club/Tavern and i asked the guy to take me to the Denny's/Flying J right down the street. he was very rude in the way he asked me "why dont you just walk there" and i understand why he would say that it being close and all but i asked him politely if he would take me or not and he in a rude way said yes and nagged along the ride of how i could walk there. when me being a girl i was with my sister who had just turned 21,we'd been drinking and i was thinking you know how rock springs police is. they be tryna give tickets jus to give a ticket. thinking of how a bad idea it would be for us to walking tipsy, and it was kinda cold outside too i mean it was 2AM. and he could of denyed of wanting to take us and did not need to be rude about it. he drove really fast to hurry up the ride which i think is really reckless of him to have done. i even gave him a 10 dollar tip but no he was still rude and speed-ed away. i hate the service i received and plan on using the green taxi from now on. do not chose this cab company cause they suck and this is not the first time this specific company has been horriable with service and timing as you can see below

I called this company and prearranged a ride to the rock springs airport. They took down my information and said they'd be on there. an hours later with no cab, I called and no answer, They did finally come and get me but by that time i'd missed my flight and was held back a day and was very upset, and they never even offered an apology, the driver seemed upset with me.

My ride with Lightning Taxi was pretty cool, he took me to Salt Lake City and because he was a newer company, he gave me a break on the price. I learned that he was a single dad with 4-5 kids, I can’t remember (sorry Andy), he use to drive a taxi for another company and decided to open his own company up.



But the ride was comfortable, the car was kind of clean ( he is a single dad :0) ) the view on the way down was nice, all around things were nice. From what he was saying he’s a member of the Taxi Network, a local group of taxi companies that have gathered and work together to create a faster response time for customers.



While taking me to SLC he dispatched all of his fares to other drivers/companies making sure his customers had a ride. I felt that that was very thoughtful of him and it works out for everyone, the customers, drivers and Andy’s reputation. I recommend Lightening Taxi and the Taxi Network if you ever need a taxi ride; they service the Airport, Reliance, Rock Springs and Green River area's
