Bikermick, your grease fittings were already thuroughly greased according to my employees. Applying more grease to an already greased fitting adds no benefit to the bearing. I apologize for the inconvenience in rescheduling to look at your grease fittings, but we did attempt to accomodate you by supplying you a time to come see us again free of charge. If you had discussed the issue with us face to face rather than be upset about it, I am confident that we could have come to an agreement that would have been beneficial to us both. The phone line can sometimes be overlooked if it rings in the middle of us servicing other customers vehicles, so I also apologize for not answering the phone. If I could have the model of your vehicle, I would gladly grease your fittings for free if you would like to stop by.
