I found my initial phone call with them to be helpful and direct. We scheduled our appointment 2 weeks in advance. I missed a call from them the day before our scheduled time. I called them back 5 different times and no one ever got back to me. They said they would be at our house between the hours of 2-4pm, but they never showed. My husband and I are in grad school while working part time jobs. We had taken the time off of our work in order to be there when they needed to come into our home. We took everything out of our shelves for them to spray but then had to put it all back in order to have a functional home again.

We have used Auten Pest Control for about 15 years. We are a builder in Rock Hill. We have always gotten prompt service and always fast turn around time on jobs when we needed them and for our customers that we referred to them. Would not consider using any other pest control service for inspections or treatments as there is never a doubt that the job has been done properly and professionally.Thanks Auten for great service in the York County Area for so many years.Baker Construction, Rock Hill SC
