Sam's Club

If there were negative stars I would give those. More than 20 minutes at customer service and the manager could care less. All I got from him was that he had no workers and was the only manager in the whole store yet 3 workers were trying to fix 1 persons issue. The employees were all miserable and unhelpful which makes sense when the manager is the same way. This store desperately needs help!
