        Overall

        This is the WORST company EVER!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! They do not fix anything and the women Jennifer is rude and nasty. They will tell you they will fix things and then never actually show up. I have never had so many problems with a company. They manage property for the owner of the home we live in because he is in another state. Long story short the house is completely falling apart with leaks and black mold. PMS (Kevin and Jennifer) wont do anything about it and I bet you the owners don't even know their home is being destroyed by the damage.

        Morgan is angry with us because she is being evicted for non payment of rent. We have a great track record with Tenants as we have many references. It is unfortunate that some tenants get so angry, but we try to please everyone....the owners of this home just don't want to rent to people that don't pay. I know weird concept right!! :) We try to enter the home to do work, but are not allowed because they were hiding a dog, or not returning our calls. We professionally have everything fixed, but if we are not allowed in we can not fix the problem. Sorry you are so angry.
