Appliances are 30,35 years old and
are not energy efficient. They are always in your apartment because
they do not take care of problems
the first time aroud. They have a woman named Nancy that is very rude if you call to complain about a service problem she will call you a lier without even listening to your complains. She does not know how to deal with people. Many residents are disatisfied in dealing with her.
