        Randy has fixed a few items for me in the past and was great. Prompt service and just a great guy. What makes them even better is when you have a problem they will help you troubleshoot.



        I called on Friday with an error code on my washer. The young lady on the phone gave me a couple things to try. I did them and they didn't work so I called to make an appointment on Monday. She then mentioned one more thing that was a little involved. I was able to try that and it worked. I got the advise and I didn't have to have them come out.



        I will only use them for any of my appliance service needs. Thanks.

        Prompt, quick service! I had been working with another repair shop for 6 weeks with no results, Lockwood came today, fixed my washer within an hour!!!
