Poor business ethics, overworked and underpaid employees with subpar benefits, and equipment that is less than industry quality. They have made some improvements in their equipment however, the management lacks the ability to continue upkeep and expects their employees to take the grunt of the responsibility. Sales guy, Jeff Gilbert is a one of a kind, a diamond in the rough, and if you get his time to devote to you, he's worth it. He knows the importance of good honest business. Despite that promising part of Digitech Pub., it is run by an iron fist and in my experience with the management style, is that fear is a favorite motivator they boast! It's unfortunate for the people who do business with them. Overall, Digitech tries and some of their work is quality, but it will always be at the cost of the people they employ, and the machines they run. Their price was ultimately motivated by greed, and I wouldn't do business with them again.Positives:Good atmosphere, employees, & design
