Pure Spa has a new owner. The service is great and the employees are professional and friendly.

I am glad you all wrote reviews, I was just about to call and make an appointment for an oxygen facial. Can anyone recommend a good place to get an oxygen facial.

this spa was expensive and the people that worked they were real "snobs" and when I got my facial done there it only lasted about ten minutes and it cost me 50 dollars I made a complaint but nothing was done for me being unsatisfied! Horrible service and way over rated. It has the potential to be a great spa if they would get new management. Try out Plaza 101 they are way better and reasonably priced with great service and they make you feel right at home.

It just isn't worth the money. I have gone to many spas and this is by far the most expensive and I get the same treatment at other spas for half of the price.

I was just reading the blog below mine and I figured I would speak out as well. I had a similar experience at Pure Spa with one of the employee's touching "weirdly". I am glad now that I didn't say anything to the management their. That’s horrible that the owner would humiliate you like that. That is so embarrassing and I am sorry that you had a bad experience like I did. I never spoke out about it but I just stopped going their. And I informed everyone about my horrible experience. Now I attend another spa. I can't believe the owner would do that. That’s obscured! No one like that should be able to run a business. If anyone is thinking about going there it is awful and I hope other women wont go their and waste their money to get sexually violated!

There is a lot better spas, in Roanoke for more reasonable prices and I would recommend checking into other spas before I would ever go here.

Don't waste your time going to the hair salons in Roanoke to get spa treatments. This is the finest place in Roanoke. They offer everything but hair. Which means you don't have to smell perm solution while you're trying to relax. They give you a foot bath before every service ... massage and facials .. with $100 24 caret gold powder. Then you get one hour of massage time on the table. The therapists are so nice. I paid $70 for a massage and I was there for about 1 hour and half. I asked my therapist to focus on my lower back and she made a special oil with pure spearmint and put it on a towel and warmed it in a cabinet. I left feeling so refreshed. It really did clear my mind and restore my body. I was wowed! I'll going back to get the golden facial. I paid $325 for that facial at The Bellagio in Las Vegas and they only charge $100 for it.

My wife and I had the couples massage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyone to make this a special occassion. The room was very romantic with candles and water fountains. We have told all our friends. This is a great spa to have a private party.
