The staff is lazy! Their motto should be, Time is money, they try and get patients in and out as fast as possible and will not go out if their way to help you. I called to try and schedule an appointment and asked if they took my insurance, the receptionist did not know and said to call my insurance. After finding out my insurance did cover them I scheduled an appointment. I told them the services I needed and explained that the insurance confirmed the services would cover it. I go to my visit, sit on a chair, the dentist comes takes one look and says the insurance would not cover my services. I explained that I spoke to the insurance and they said they would. He basically told me I was wrong. I insisted the services were covered but his list of services did not show it would cover me. Frustrated, I asked to speak to the manager. I explain to the situation but Instead of calling the insurance to verify what I was telling her the manager gave me a B.S. Story about how they would fax over the authorization to the insurance and it would take 2-3 weeks. I left there without getting anything done. I don't understand why they would not get prior authorization before scheduling me for an appointment. This is the second time they make me go only to find out "the insurance would not cover my services" all it took was a phone call to the insurance for them to realize that I was. I went to a different place and they were great at helping me. They confirmed what I originally told the previous place, that my services were covered. I will not be returning there and I will no longer take any member of my family to that place. Great Customer service is obviously not their priority.
