Starbucks Coffee

Every morning I've utilized the drive-thru at this location 7 days a week for years. In recent weeks, the service has been appalling: 25+ minutes in the line for service, watered down drinks, melted Frappuccino's, wrong orders, community blenders full of Frappuccino's that they charge me for "add shots" that you can't taste, but most shocking is the attitude of the staff (Did this franchise change owners?)!!!! What happened to the smiling, happy faces, the quick service, the quality of service? The only person left from the old staff is a rude, purple/red-haired female that has no desire to work, let alone care to serve the public. Another morning as she argues, gets-an-attitude of huffiness because she gave me the wrong drink?? REALLY? I've NEVER in all of these years raised my voice, nor had an attitude with any employee of a Starbucks...do I deserve this? Starbucks owner at Arlington/91Frwy I'm taking my $600+ a month business away from you as you don't deserve to have it with your CRAPPY SERVICE

I love going into starbucks..they are all so friendly and i absolutely love their coffee!! it is just an amazing visit everytime.
