        Great experience

        I have never left my cat at a boarding facility before. He's older and requires medication so I was a little nervous. Everyone was kind and attentive and his medication was no problem. He was happy and well cared for when I picked him up. I would definitely use them again if I needed a boarding facility.

        Dogs were traumatized

        Dogs came home very upset. The grooming was the worst ever and expensive.They tried to charge me for an extra day.
