Pietro's Italian Cuisine

Most of the dishes are mediocre at best, the service slow, and sometimes one can hear quarreling coming from the kitchen. This place is like an episode of kitchen nightmares, only this nightmare never ends.

They up until recently had really good pizza, but unfortunately the crust now tastes pre made and had the look of frozen pizza dough, really flat with those little holes all over the crust. I called them up and asked if they had made any segnificant changes to the crust, and the woman I spoke with told me the dough was prepared fresh and unchanged. She was completely uninterested in asking me the specifics of my complaint, and the phone call ended abruptly with a sigh. I have been going to Pietros for over a decade now and only ordered the one thing they could do well, Take Out Pizza. Now there is only one good pizza place left in the Inland Empire " The Chicago Pasta House" in Moreno Valley, the best pizza I have ever had.

Although the service can be slow at times, they have the best New York style pizza that I have had outside of New York.

Although this place is always short handed with help they still are very friendly and serve delicious food. My family has been going to Pietro's for YEARS! We always hold our family parties and gatherings there and their service is always A++. It's always best to give them notice if you are planning to have a large party so your party will not be waiting for their food and they can be prepared with additional help. With my family they always expect a party of 35 and they have not failed us once. Thank You Pietro's!

Growing up in Riverside we ate pizza from Pietros every Friday night! It was perfect. However, when the management changed during the years that the previous negative comments were made, we became very disappointed and stopped our tradition. Since 2009 we have begun our Pietros pizza tradition again! We are not sure what caused this change for the better but the pizza is back up to the fresh quality it once was and the service is never less than enthusiastic, friendly and accommodating. It is a great place to take the family and have some fun. For those previously disappointed, as we once were, I recommend trying it again...I'm on my way now!
