THEY WAY CONDUCT PROFESSIONALISM IS A DISGRACE. there IS NO WAY TO GET IN DIRECT CONTACT TO AN OFFICE ! MARISSA , WHO IS THE APPT SCHEDULER AND FINACE PERSON, USES A CELL AND DOES NOT RETURN PH CALLS, PERTAINING ESPECIALLY TO REFUNDS . I AM NOT SURE DR. IS AWARE OF THIS. I SURELY HOPE NOT.
