I needed my fathers’ vehicle towed from the garage while I was at work as a postman during the busy Christmas season... unable to find time off to be present... my 79 year old dad having had recent surgery... not of much assistance to tow truck driver... But SMJ was accommodating... opening garage themselves with remote handed to driver by my dad... expertly pulling out and loading vehicle that wouldn’t start...from garage located in a tight alley... transporting it to a repair shop for a reasonable $85 charge ... SMJ kept in phone contact with me... alerting me what time to expect driver... confirmed with me that vehicle was received by repair shop... Despite SMJs’ reservations of potential liability issues because of my absence from property while they entered my garage to tow vehicle ... they kept professional and lenient due to the extenuating circumstances...
