I returned a broken dvd player to the manager as I purchased another item. The manager refused to give me an exchange. My question was why dont you test your dvd players before selling them. Her answer, we plug them in and when the light come on we put the on the shelf. My complaint as a customer. Why not load a dvd to see if it reads. She says we dont have the space or time for that. My fhought, you just decieved me because an employee tolm me different when I showed interest in it. Upon returning it the manager says to me, once you buy it, that it, sorry. Now she accepted the dvd player back but still she allowed me to leave with my resentment and the item I purchased during return of this dvd player.
