The associates were knowledgeable and kind when helping me make my selection. The installers were fast and thorough. The end product is a beautifully laid and finished kitchen floor. I could not have asked for better.

My wife and I recently went into the Floor Store to look at new flooring for our entire house. We had no idea what we wanted or what would be a good fit for our needs. We got setup with a salesmen and they helped us narrow down what we wanted. He was very professional and answered all my questions/concerns. We found a stranded bamboo floor that my wife and I absolutely fell in love with! We shopped around a little bit and the quote I got from them beat all of their competitors by quite a bit. The installation went without a hitch and we couldn't be happier! The installers were very neat and got the job done a day early! This store is my "Flooring Store Headquaters. I've purchased small things like floor cleaning items to whole house flooring (laminate) and have always walk away completely satisfied, Everyone i've worked with is always professional, patient and courteous. This is my 1st stop when it comes to my floors.

Brian was so great at helping steer me into the perfect area rug for my dining room. My husband appreciated that it sped up the decision process which he wasn’t interested in participating in. While we were there I checked out some of their beautiful tile so we will definitely be back when it’s time to remodel the kitchen and bathroom.

I bought all of the rugs in my house from Floor Store because they offer a wide variety of choices of rugs. I was able to receive my custom size rugs within a few days of purchasing them!

When I called and asked the salesperson if he carried a particular brand of carpet adhesive, he cut me off said "no we do not" and hung up before I could ask anything else, like if he carried any other brands, or if he knew of another option. Glad I called rather than driving over there and getting bad customer service in person.
