Ready Mortgage

If I could give a 0 star rating I would undoubtedly do so. I had the displeasure of doing business with this "organization", which consist of a few individuals and that operate out of a shady Jewelry Store...yes they will buy your gold as well! The company is new to the home rehabbing business and will cut any corner to make a profit...consumer risk is not a factor. I was asked to perform work that was that would be considered unsafe at best. In retrospect, I wish I wouldn't have performed the projects, but had time and money already invested and was told I wouldn't receive payment on my past or future work on the project. I wasn't surprised that the company failed to pay me $1,000 they owed me. These dilapidated and structurally unsafe properties are sold and leased to the general public so beware of their listings.



Ps. If you're claustrophobic or have a phobia of walls falling on your head...STAY AWAY from Ready Mortgage and it's affiliates.
