Headquartered in Houston, Luby's operates a chain of more than 125 restaurants in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Arizona. Established in 1947, its restaurants offer a range of home-style entrees, side dishes, salads and desserts, such as mushroom chicken Madeira, grilled tilapia, baked almondine, lemon pepper salmon, grilled mushroom pork and chicken fried steaks.
