        Overall

        DON'T buy the watches. Purchased one for my daughter. Had to exchange as it was not working. New one working great, however battery died within 6 months. Wanted to charge me for a new battery. After a bit of discussion fixed at no cost, but could not replace the back cover and had to send it out to put the back cover on. Takes about 2 weeks. They say most jewelers won't repair or replace battery on Fossil watches due to the design. What an inconvenience. Called customer service and didn't seem to care. Not sure if I will ever purchase another Fossil product.
