Community Living, formerly known as the Spring Acres Group Homes, is a private nonprofit agency that provides independent living apartments, semi-independent living, supportive care apartments, assisted living and skilled nursing facility. Located in Kent, Wash., the agency also provides adult-day services, and community and outreach programs. Community Living provides a variety of medical services, including intravenous therapy, feeding tubes, wound care, respiratory care and assistance in daily activities. It offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also offers a variety of medical services, such as X-ray, podiatry, dental, optometry, psychiatric and pain management. The agency has a dietary department that offers customized home-style meals to residents. It also offers transportation services to residents for visiting physician appointments, shopping and special events.
