Established in 1971, Hopelink is a nonprofit organization that serves underprivileged families, individuals with disabilities. The organization has an emergency feeding service center that provides food to schools, religious institutions and community centers. Its child care and development programs include educational, developmental and health services. Hopelink s adult education department provides classes in money management, budget maintaining and computer skills. Additionally, the organization offers various services, including emergency financial assistance, transportation and interpreter. Hopelink also provides transitional housing services for underprivileged families that include rent program and ongoing case-management support. The organization s emergency service centers are located in Bellevue, Kirkland, Northshore, Shoreline and Sno-Valley, Wash., and it is located in Redmond, Wash.
