Bandido's Mexican Cafe

This is a great little spot to eat Lunch and Dinner (I haven't been for brunch or breakfast) and I enjoy the Mexican food served, fresh and Hot. It's not a big frills place with loud mariachi music and lot of action, go down the road for that chain food service. This is a family ran place that has really good food at a great price for the amount served. Generally you just walk in and find a seat and the servers come to you with menus and chips and salsa. FYI- You can ask for the green salsa for a little more kick. I find the specials to be excellent, love the staples foods, Chimmy Chungas, Burritos, Enchiladas, etc. and find the Tacos to be a little different, but still good. If you are not full try the FLAN, homemade every day and it is a perfect end that is big on flavor but light in your belly.

I'd recommend this place if you want to sit down and eat good mexican style food. If you want Tex-mex or Taco bell, this is not your place.

A few of us went to Bandidos on Friday Sep 25, 2009 and had the worst experience ever. We were not greeted at the entrance, we were served after waiting 20 minutes and the place only had two maybe three tables (us being one) and we were eight hungry and thirsty fellows. The man had a sour face and never explained to all of us what the difference was between an Original to a regular Rita. He also served a burrito that was drenched in catsup tasting sauce and topped with cheese. When the burrito was send back he never apologized or asked if we would prefer another item. Chips were never refilled, and the happy hours was over and we never had a chance to get a second. At one point he told me in Spanish "cant you see I'm busy?" And to top it all we wanted to know why the prices were such and he never came by to explain. Yes you guessed it he was the owner, very rude and not wanting our business.
