We at Regency West appreciate all reviews and strive to improve from feedback. Unfortunately we can not improve from Shelby and her sister's comments because they failed to mention that everything was going great until they were informed, twice, that state law does not allow smoking in banquet halls.

I went above and beyond to make my wedding day just right there. I went in cleaned the place. Swept, vacuumed, washed mirrors, cleaned the stage of garbage all stuff he had no intention of doing. I even painted a bench to clean his place up for him of no charge. I was way under in people I told him I was having. He mentioned our left overs but we never seen those. The dj was late. The music for my ceremony was messed up and sounded horrible. He played it off his phone. Was so embarrassed. He talked through our bridal dance and father daughter dance which he shortened. I have so many negative things to say. He was rude and never followed through with his word. At the end of the night he knew he ripped me off. I was told I could clean up the next day and had to tear down that night which my wedding ended early due to him too. Once he had my money he was a different person and didn't care. We confronted at the end he didn't even try to make right with us. We were returning customers but after his staff and him treated us that way we won't be. Might even put a few phone calls in for the way I was treated. I was in tears the end of my wedding day I was ripped off, hurt that I put in so much work in this man's building that is so out dated and dirty. If I could redo it over I would because it was a mess not how I pictured my wedding to go. So Dan I hope you feel good about yourself you took my money and took everything I did for you for granted. Never will or would I recommend this pace to anyone.

We have used this place twice..The first time 10 years ago..the food was great the place was pretty nice...bathrooms were not..then this year...the food was NOT so great the cake was dry..the place is in pretty rough shape we had to clean it ourselves before using it...bartender was very slow and rude to our guest..dj was late..and the place was hot...air conditioning does not cool the building..will not use the place again and would never recommend it to friends any longer..very DISAPOINTED!!!

On August 31, 1985 I had my wedding reception here. Tomorrow would have been our 30th Anniversary, however Mike, my husband, passed away on September 5, 2013. We had a beautiful reception, wonderful BAND lol and Mike and I dreamed of having our 50th Anniversary here. Thanks for letting me share.

Dan the owner is AWESOME! He went out of his way to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect. I had my bridal shower and wedding reception there and I couldn't had picked a better place.the food, sitting, lighting, hospitality and price WAS AWESOME! Dan made sure everything was perfect, as if I were his daughter. Love him!

The value at this place is wonderful! Almost every bride would love an extravegant wedding. However, some of us don't have someone footing the bill. I am someone with children, and not a lot of 'spending' money. This hall included everything from the cake, to DJ, dinner, cake topper, card box, etc...The owner was wonderful to work with and very flexible. I was able to stick to a very minimal budget of under $6000 for my ENTIRE WEDDING. I also didn't have to worry about hiring some of the extras because they were included. They still will allow outside vendors if you prefer. And I still got to feel like a princess!
