George's Lawnmower Sales & Service

I took my lawnmower to George's because the front wheels were slipping out of place. They suggested that i should also have the cover removed so that the motor could be cleaned out and that i should have the blade sharpened and balanced. I told them to go ahead and do it all. They said it would be ready in the middle of the next week. I called them on Wednesday of the next week and was told that it would be the end of the week. When i still hadn't heard from them by the following Tuesday i called back. They said the wheels were fixed and i could pick it up. When i asked if they had sharpened and balanced the blade, they said that they hadn't done it yet, but that they would do it immediately. I got the mower home and my husband went to cut the grass and discovered that they wheels were still slipping out of place and hadn't been fixed. When i called them the next day they said, "Well, George tightened it as much as he could. Bring it back and leave it for a few more days and we'll see
