TERRIBLE,,,Staff is sloppy, secretary is rude. They cancel appointment without notice. Went for 3months to the therapist. Thought I needed a psych evaluation. Cancelled the first one, cancelled the 2nd without notice. The therapist had me as chronic depression. The 2nd cancellation, I was excited cause I was very depressed that morning only to be told it was cancelled when I got there. They admitted it was their fault but couldn't get me in till December 16 after I was supposed to have one in October. You'd think they'd comprise seeing as it was THEIR FAULT. I got two different exudes on why cancelled. I got upset and questioned them and instead of helping like a behavioral Therapy Company is supposed to they told me to leave and called the cops on me. They have no patient parking, so I sat in the parking lot to talk to the manager as I talked to the manager to see if he/she could help(which actually wasn't the manager it was my sloppy therapist) the cops showed up. I was searching for help and they call the cops on me. Unfortunately for them and fortunately for me the cops sympathized with my situation, however, ACE banned me from their property cause they made a mistake(twice). My therapy sessions were also interrupted mostly ever appt. The disciplinary board was informed of their actions. They called me twice and were on my side, so further discipline will be taken against ACE. DO NOT GO THERE, EVER.
State insurance people there are other agencies that will take the insurance.

Place Is A mess cant keep apointments with patients and cannot keep doctors or therapists long term If you plan on using their service dont get comfortable the doctors dont stay long
