I had them come to fix an airconditioning problem and they were happy to take my money but did nothing. All they did was hose off my condenser and give my wife a bill. They measured freon levels and never put the caps back on. They never reset the fault on the thermastat. And worse than that when they left the issue we called about was still present. I called the next day and the service guy told me the boss would need to call me... Well no call and still a broken system. I called another service group Suburban and they came out and fixed my issue. Instantly they determined the issue to be a fauly value (determined this from freon check which was low and had varible presure readings).



When I called the boss to complain and get some portion of my money back he hung up on me. After calling back he said he would think about it. Later in the day he called and told me to forget about getting anything back and that I should never call them again. A recomendation I think everyone should follow.
