Walmart Supercenter

Ordered tires at Walmart online, PAID for them, and scheduled a service time. My son showed up at the appt time to get his tires installed and the service center was closed. He talked to an associate that had no idea what was going on. I called today and the lady said it closed about a week ago and she had no additional information. "They don't tell her nothing, honey". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this location.

Aside from the fact that the associates there will utterly ignore customers at times, they do have some reasonable prices for reasonable products. Sure. Ya, they got that down. Unfortunately it seems the only time they truly take notice of you is after you make your purchases and walk out their doors. THATS when they decide to rummage through your bags and cart and check your receipts as if you are looting and pilaging their store.



Listen; thats offensive as Hell. Its like being patted down by the TSA, only instead of having me strip down, they pat down my 6 packs of underwear and socks.



I dont appreciate a company blanketing me in the general assumption that I'm a criminal, stealing from them.



Thats what the massive surveilance system they have there is for.



What, thats NOT ENOUGH?



Its offensive, but when I mention my feelings to a PIC/ manager, she told me "No its not. No, its NOT offensive."



You dont get to decide what is offensive to customers and what is not.



WE DECIDE THAT. SO DONT TELL ME HOW TO FEEL.

I own a 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid. I made the mistake of going to this Wal Mart for servicing. Upon completion of the oil change a so called technician got out of my car wearing an oil saturated uniform that stained my upholstery and won't come out. The next morning I drove my car to work and the plastic valance pan on the bottom of the car fell off, the pan had to be removed to drain the oil by them. I had to have the car towed back to the Wal Mart. The tow truck driver noticed that a pan toward the back of the car was also hanging down. Wal Mart twist tied the front pan back as a quick fix and they ordered the correct twist pins (I was told) to fix the problem from a dealer, the manager said that she would call me when they came in, she never called. I had to take it to the dealer myself where they charged me another $46.00 to correct the problem that Wal Mart caused. The service "techs" only put one plug back up into the car to hold the pan. They twisted one off and I have to have it drilled out by the dealer on another return trip. The pan in the back of the car was hanging down because they stole two plugs from it to try to make up for the ones that they didn't have.



To top it all off the Manager tried to blame me for hitting something on the road to cause all of these problems. I DID NOT!

The roads were clear and I would know if that were the case. It was all because of the completely inept service from this store.
