Kritter Kamp

We have been using Kritter Kamp since we 1st moved to Ramona in 2003. We had been using a 'traditional' kennel in Poway but got tired of the high bills and the lack of outside time for our 2 labs (unless we paid extra fees). Not knowing what to expect we scouted out Kritter Kamp prior to making a reservation. It was quite clear that they LOVE dogs. The Kamp was clean and well run.



They are very flexible with our schedule meaning they didn't have to be in by 12 noon or else they don't get in. They also happily worked with us to ensure one of our dogs got her medications as needed.



Our dogs always came home happy and tired in a good way! We would highly recommend Kritter Kamp. If you have to leave your dogs behind when you go on a trip, this is the place you want to leave them!!

I have been using Kritter Kamp for the past 3 years and my dogs just love going to "Kamp." The dogs don't really like ridding in the car, but once we turn down the road that leads to Kritter Kamp they get very excited, and are very happy to get out and meet Jim or Kim who ever is out there to check them in to "Kamp."

Absolutely the most wonderful people to entrust our pooch with. She gets so excited to go to Kamp. Great for a day or an extended vacation. Jim and family truly love the animals and go out of their way to make them feel at home. and on top of that, my life is much easier because Jim will pick up and deliver. It's a rare delight to deal with such honest and caring people.

I highly recommend this kennel. I have boarded my dogs at Kritter Kamp several times over the past 10 years and my animals have always been well taken care of.

We left two of our dogs there and one

was injured while under their care. We told the owner about the dogs being food aggressive towards other dogs yet he still housed and fed them in the same kennel.
