        While working with Bill Albrecht (Bill) at Garvey Hyundai, I had the best car buying experience ever!While discussing the Hyundai Santa Fe with Bill, I felt more like an old friend than a customer. He put me at ease while we spoke and allowed me to evaluate the Santa Fe effectively and, ultimately, led me to loving and buy it. Conversation was easy. I never felt uncomfortable as I asked questions. More importantly, he was comfortable with me and not trying to make a quick sale; he wanted to build a rapport. Bill knew not only all of the features and benefits of the Santa Fe and Tuscon, but he also knew the specs on SUVs in its class. I was very impressed, needless to say. Refreshing, too, is Bill's finesse while explaining all of the technical "manspeak" in a way which I understood. Car shopping at Garvey Hyundai with Bill was the best car shopping experience that I have ever had. Bill was a truly excellent sales professional and he is an asset to Hyundai. When I am ready to purchase a new car, I will look at Hyundai first; consequently, if you plan to visit Garvey Hyundai, I recommend that you ask to work with Bill. I am certain that you will have a similar experience.

        After purchasing 2 cars with many issues, and the second purchase causing me to be extremely in debt, thinking that I was getting an even trade for a vehicle that was certified and had a grinding noise when being driven, I will never go back. The second vehicle that was purchased, has had multiple issues, and after asking the manager to rectify this, I was told that they just sell the cars, Hyundai would have to take care of my problems.

        Bad dealership.

        Just bought a Hyundai elantra a month ago and I love it!! Its a great place to go and you don't feel pressured to buy a vehicle! They help you out in anyway possible to make sure you are happy when you leave and even after that!! I recommend this place for everyone! !

        This is my second vehicle purchase at Garvey Hyundai. Could not ask for more! From beginning to end of each sale and the body shop when had a little run in with a raccoon. Nothing but top notch customer service!!! Very pleased and will return for my next vehicle purchase!

        I have purchased 3 cars from Garvey Hyundai over years. The staff is friendly and accommodating and are helpful in every step of the process. If i ever buy another Hyundai ( and I may) I would definitely go to Garvey.
