On July 9th standing at your Deli counter, waiting to be waited on...I finally spoke up after 10 minutes to one of the four sales people behind the counter ... I excused myself and asked is there was a reason why no one is waiting on me there are four people behind this counter. His reply was " well I have to take care of customer orders".....(orders placed as I stood to be waited on), .,and the others all had to do something. I guess a girl reading text messages entering the back room stating it's almost six o'clock. was more your counter is understaffed, or management needs to spell out some courtesy tips. The correct way should have been, I'm sorry maim me help you and put the cheese down and take my order. not divorce himself from job the girl came from the back room, he did ask if she could wait on me, but at that time listening to a grown man deny responsibility and the lack of respect shown from your staff you lost a customer.
