        I have rented in a lot of places in portland but this place is the best. not only is the manager always on top of business but she has a great maintenance crew and the area is very convenient!!!!!

        what makes a great apartment complex is the management. westbrook village has great management and it is reflected in the surroundings. the manger is very helpful and she goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. I have been here 2 years now and i am very happy.......

        i have lived in westbrook village for three years and i have never lived in a more neighbor friendly environment. The staff is always there if you need something taken care of and the up keep of the premises is always in nice shape. eric # 15
