I am so grateful for everything Heidi and her team did for me and my husband in selling our home. Our home was our greatest asset and we wanted someone we could trust and that is exactly what we got with Heidi. She sold our home in under three months to a lovely couple with a baby on the way. Our home sold for over asking with favorable terms. We highly recommend Heidi and her team. She really is the best in the business.

Very disappointing! Communication and follow-thru are paramount necessities when dealing with a Realtor. Sadly, my experience with Heidi Spellman Realty found these skills sorely lacking. I was asked to leave a "blank check" for a deposit

and that it wouldn't be cashed and a copy of the check would be mailed. You can guess the outcome.....

We were so strongly affected by her vast knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, remarkable resources, her accreditations and sphere of influence that collectively we decided to engage her services for marketing our NYC flag hotel. Since that transaction, Ms. Spellman has sold us properties as investments and/or for development, and has successfully worked with us to secure tenants for the same. Real estate involves aggressive sales techniques, but Heidi Spellman and her Associate Randi Sternberg Hersh, in our experience with them, were less than forthright and made misrepresentations that induced us to spend money on a deal that could not be consummated. Essentially, Ms. Spellman and Ms. Sternberg Hersh assured us that a prior accepted offer had been null and void and that the seller of the home had accepted our offer. After assuring us that this was the case, we paid for an inspection and an attorney only to find out that the prior accepted deal was in place, the contract for that deal had been signed, and we were merely induced to expend resources to serve as a backup to the prior deal in case that deal fell through. Finally, they placed inaccurate information on their listing sheet regarding property taxes, and Ms. Sternberg Hersh specifically stated that the taxes as listed did not include any exemptions. After our offer had been accepted and contrary to everything that we had been told, Ms. Sternberg Hersh advised us that the taxes as listed included exemptions and that the actual taxes were $2,000 per year more.
