I love Healo Foods heritage chicken bone broth!
I have tried many different brands and I love Healo Foods bone broth. It’s packed with nutrients, high in protein, collagen and easy to digest and to fill, when compared to the other similar products in the market and most importantly it tastes like homemade broth when I make a soup from scratch. Doesn’t have any salt though, you will have to add it, which I thing is a great thing. I followed a healthy eating plan for about 8 month before I started looking into fasting. I do a 3 day bone broth fast with my wife every two weeks as a detox and reset for my system. I follow a low carb high fat diet most of the time, so a bone broth fast is not a huge shock to my system. Bone broth is packed with minerals as well as amino acids, making it the perfect addition to extended fasting that will keep electrolytes stable versus a water fast alone! I highly recommend Healo Foods bone broth brand.
