        Overall

        These guys are kind of the primadonnas of granite & marble. They charge the highest prices, don't return phone calls, and offer lousy service.



        Thankfully, we found some other places which have better selection, better prices, and service much better than Galaxy--which is a very low bar.



        I wouldn't recommend anybody use Galaxy. It may have been good in the past but those days are long gone!

        Surprised and pleasantly so.... Used to create, and install granite counter tops. They were great! Great selection from which to choose, great quality of material and most importantly great workmenship. To top it all off they showed up on time and completed their work on time. Would recommend to anyone!

        Notably good service experience

        I was putting granite in an outdoor bbq. I was initially angry b/c they sent over 2 installers who spoke no english and I couldn't communicate with them. They unfortunately cut the granite wrong (which was bad service), but when I called the store to complain they put in a brand new piece within a couple of days and did it perfectly. No hassle, no questions. I wasn't happy they did it wrong at first, but in my book having people stand behind their work is the most important thing.
