        RUDE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'VE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN ULTA, ONLINE AND IN KENNEWICK WA, WHERE THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!! POCATELLO ULTA JUST LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER OF ULTA FOR EVER! I'LL SHOP AT SEPHORA! THEY WERE TOO LAZY TO LOOK UP AN ORDER FOR ME SO I COULD SWAP A REALLY EXPENSIVE ITEM THAT CAME TO ME ALL BROKEN INSIDE! THEY COULD HAVE FOUND IT, BUT TOO LAZY TO LOOK. I JUST HAD BACK SURGERY AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP OUT IF THE HOUSE. I STOCKED UP ON MAKEUP BEFORE SURGERY, BUT WHEN I OPENED THIS, IT WAS CRUMBLED. I JUST WANTED TO SWAP! I DROVE 30 MILES! I AM JUST SO DISAPPOINTED. ULTA, YOUR LOSS! YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN AS A CUSTOMER. SEPHORA GIVES SAMPLES ANYWAY! LOTS OF SAMPLES, AND!!! THEY WILL LOOK UP PRIOR PURCHASES FOR YOU SHOULD YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!! So DISAPPOINTED. *SHAKIN' MY HEAD
