Plymouth Super Center

I've used the Super Center since it opened for fuel and car wash services and have been happy until a recent incident where the car wash did minor damage to my vehicle. After several go-arounds culminating in a discussion with a manager named Chuck, I was told that no cars had ever been damaged, that there was no formal process to file a claim, but he would take my number and get back to me. Do you think he ever did? No, he did not. Chuck, for $60 worth of damage which you could have covered out of petty cash or car wash passes, instead, you lost a lifetime customer. Well, you didn’t, I guess Mr. Wolford (owner) did, due to your poor customer service.
