Its great to see such honest professionals in an industry full of service techs whose sole purpose is to upsell you, ususally for a new unit when all yours may need is just a little service. Ray and his team have always been staright forward, on time, and provided competitive prices. Do yourself a favor and call Strategic Air first.

BEST A/C Company I have ever used. Ray was recommended to me and he was terrific. Originally another company told me that I needed to buy anew unit that would cost me around $9,000. Ray came out and fixed the problem in one hour and price was more than fair. We will never use anyone else. Very, very honest.

Great, quick service. Outside unit started making a louder noise than usual. Called this company since it was local and Ray was able to come out within an hour. Very nice and honest guy; you could tell he knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem right away and was able to get the part and install it within an hour of checking out the system. I would definitely use his company again and recommend it to everyone.

our AC stopped working. we were without air about a week, we didn't think we could afford to have fixed but, were desperate at that point.

when called them up, they were very friendly said they would try to work with us on a price.

the were on time/early and fixed our AC for what we could afford.



we will definitely use their services again.

I called and he setup appointment immediately for next day (Saturday). He came to the property and so quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part after we agreed to total cost. Then AC comes back functioning and the house is cooling down.

Next day service call, arrived on time, and was very informative. Explained everything! We have really old units and were worried about the cost. But it was a single part and we are back in business! Came home late Friday after work found A/C not working. Wife is not looking happy (worst part). Quick search on YP gave me some choices so I called strategic and spoke to Ray (owner).

He walked me thru the phone for a quick diagnostic to have an idea of the issue. Came in next day as agreed and fix the air in 10 seconds (it was not a big deal) but he took the time to explain the issue and examing the unit in general inside and out.

Took some readings and unit is fine but showed me how dirty was inside and the need for maintenance. Have him coming next weekend for full service.

I called him late Saturday night and AC stopped working he came Sunday morning and fixed it in under 10 min he didn't charge extra and price was reasonable when we thought it was the motor he said no it was compressor no lies great guy for AC I will defiantly pass the word

Called in the morning said he would be here within the hour but came sooner. He looked the unit over completely and cleaned it. Thought my heat was broken but it did not need to be replaced.. Had to replace a fan that he went across town for.. came back and installed it.. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for your good service.

This is the BEST AC Company EVER!!!!! It is the 4th of July and we wake up and our AC is not working. My Mom is on oxygen 24/7 and has COPD. I am frantically calling AC Companies trying to find someone that will come out today on the Holiday as quickly as possible. I call 3 places and get the dreaded answering machine!!!! Then I call Strategic Air and the owner answers the phone!!!! Came out promptly and fixed the AC!!!!! Not only OUTSTANDING PROMPT SERVICE...EXCELLENT FAIR PRICE AND AS HONEST AS CAN BE!!!!!!! LOOK NO MORE...THIS IS THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!!! TY, TY, TY, YOU HAVE EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!!!!
