Never going to shop at this store again. My wife n I entered the shop and a older gentleman with white/gray hair was sitting on a stool, didn't greet us. So we looked around and he kept glaring at us like he was didn't want us in the store. My daughter was looking at their hello kitty stuff and we could hear him making rude comments about her touching the toys under his breath. Then when I was looking at items in the cases he huffed over like it was an imposition to come and help a customer. Then he made a rude comment to me about what I was looking at. When I asked what he said he responded with another rude comment and really got loud and I was totally taken aback. He then proceeded with his rude remarks after we left the store. Never met someone so utterly rude for no apparent reason other then he had to do his job which is customer service. ... never going back. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone.This whole situation was totally uncalled for.

I used to shop at this store because they carried hard to find decent stuff for dragons and celtic figurines and statues. After today though I will not shop there. I went into this store and found one item I liked in a glass case and one item that was not in the case. The one item out of case was $85.00 and in the case I was not sure. I asked a grey haired gentlemen behind the counter for assistance on the one in the case. He was reading something and when I asked it was like I had bothered him and was pulling him away from something more important than his customers. I walked over to the case and he still acted like it was me being the bother. I told him that if it was that much of a big deal than I will take my business somewhere else. Thats when he got rude and was telling me to leave. I told him I would as soon as I got his name and number and information about the owner and business. He says he is the owner and told me to leave. Well I walked out calmed down and came back and talked to a lady, whom was very helpful, and asked her information. She gave what I needed and here comes the old man. He starts mouthing off again. He has a cart in his hand to go get something, I guess, and I was walking out. Well we are in the mall now, not his store, and he is mouthing off more and then told me to go f myself, exact words. Thats when I got pissed. Well he hit me with his cart and touched me. No he couldnt hurt anyone and he was harmless but the fact is he commited assualt all because I asked for a price on his product. After this I will not shop there and I would suggest anyone else not shop there. I will be talking to my lawyer on Monday and may have him brought up on charges. Sad to see a great merchandise wise store go to crap with crappy "owners/empolyees". BTW I went to mall security and they said they would let their management know his actions because it was assualt.
