One Nfiniti Salon

when i walked into the salon i was blown away .It was rejuvenating with the colors and decor. The receptionist was very friendly she greeted me at the door and also offered me coffe and a beverage. The manager "Gloria" and other staff was excellent and made me feel at home. i came in for a color service and cut ,the stylist explained what was going to be done and i was pleased with results. After that i went ahead and got a facial which was heaven sent (caribbean facial made with fresh fruit ) and my husband got one (mens relaxed facial) also and he was so relaxed he fell asleep. I would recomend this salon to all my friends because they offer a lot of Services and the prices are geat for the services you are receiving .GREAT SERVICES FOR MEN INCLUDING HAIR CUTS. This salon is a great and comfortable place to go for hair ,as well as nails. i am sorry that the last customer was not happy , I have been very pleased with the services i have received and always recommened my friends and they never had an issue. They get you in and out in a timely manner. I admire the manager because any issues arise big or small it is tackled and get it resolved . Customer Service and Satisfacton is their goal and i have seen some of the work performed. i will continue to send my friends and co workers to the salon. .If you have an issue take it to a manager so they can know and resolve the problem. Don't bother getting nail services here. While the staff is friendly, the service is less than adequate. The woman who performed my "spa" pedicure seemed more interested in answering her cell phone and talking to friends than actually working on me (maybe I'm expecting too much but every other place I've ever been that advertised a spa pedi gives a lower leg massage as well - which didn't happen here). I was then passed off to another woman for my manicure. I left with polish all over my cuticles & smeared under my nails, and jagged edges on almost every nail. The whole point for me to pay someone else to do my nails is so they look professionally finished...not the case as was pointed out at work the next day by a couple of girlfriends. A very disappointing experience to say the least.

This salon is very comfortable and the staff is friendly. The owner is very nice and cares about a customers overall visit,experience and service. Very busy salon,and you don't have much of a wait time. You come and get serviced right away. Unexpected issues arise but from my experience the staff try to get you in and out in a an out in a timely manner. Our are greeted when walking in and offered a beverage. I love the place. Great place for facials ,color ,cuts nd extension services. Be patient an try this salon

From the moment i walked through the door i knew i found my new salon.The people were friendly,the place was clean,and the atmosphere was what i was looking for. I am telling all my friends and relatives about the best place in town. When i walked into the salon i was greeted by a smiling face and offered a free drink. It was the perfect way to start a wonderful day. I got my frist manicure then decided to get my hair hair cut because the service was good. It was a whole new look for me.Next time, i am thinking of getting a facial. the girls at the shop said i will never forget it. All i know for sure is i wont forget my trip to the best salon i have ever been to .
