I visited Closet Revival with name brand skirts, tops, costume jewelry, handbags and shoes. My items were like-new, worn maybe once. You're invited to shop around while they appraise your items. Many of my items were just as classy as their items so while on this forced look around, I felt confident of a decent cash reward. For me, that was not the case. They picked and chose what they want to keep leaving my payoff to be a very small amount. My only regret? I didn't turn down their measly offer. So regardless of how much your clothes are worth, give them to the Salvation Army. You'll receive a better reward for donating that leaving them with Closet Revival. I'm sure they will be marked up for more than what you receive.

Closet Revival has been on my list to sell some used clothes. I live in uptown and usually sell to stores there. Decided to try this place out to sell and will never go back to sell. I had Anthropologie sweaters, Rockin Republic jeans, gap, old navy sweaters ( with tags on ), and boots. I sold 8 things and only got $30 dollars back. You can get twice your money at other places. Then to get store credit was only $33 dollars. THAT IT. Its kind of a rip off compared to other places. The owner may not of known what the brands were? I'm not sure. I would just look elsewhere to sell clothing.

Love this store! They have an amazing selection of clothing that all looks brand new. I usually go to the consignment stores in Highland Park and I have to say the merchandise here was just as good and the prices are much better. I know some of the Dallas stores turn up their nose at stuff from Kohl's and Macy's. They do have those brands, but they are super cute and only $8-$10 for a top! They had 2 Louis Vuitton bags when I was there and I found several things with the Neiman's tag still attached so they have something for everyone. There was a lady with a child there and the sales lady was very nice and showed her some toys she could play with, so they seemed to be kid friendly to me. I also asked about bringing things in, they pay cash you don't have to wait for things to sell! I'm definitely going to be cleaning out my closet.

I was very excited to have an opportunity to have a ladies resale store beside kid to kid and had my first opportunity to check it out today. The clothing selection was very nice and store was neat, however,I was not pleased with the customer service I received. I had my infant daughter with me and I could tell that the moment I came into the store they were nervous to have kids in the store the level of uncomfortableness followed me up to the cash register where the lady who checked me out was barely nice to me and I could tell that she was being a very fake friendly to me. They need to realize that with their store being so close to kid to kid that many mommies will be bringing in their children and we need to feel as though we are welcome customers not a bother.

This is a great new ladies resale store in west Plano. They are just a few doors away from Kid to Kid. I was able to sell both my clothes and my kid's clothes with just one stop. They pay cash up front so you don't have to worry and wonder if you'll ever get paid like you do with consignment stores. I was very happy with what I got paid for my stuff and will probably take store credit next because I saw lots of things I want like Tory Burch flats and a cute Ann Taylor sweater. They are just buying things right now and will be open to sell things November 13th. I will be there!
