I recently had a birthday party for my daughter at the willow bend location and it was the best experience! Everything down to the paper plates were taken care of for me, all I had to do was bring the birthday girl and cake! Although they aren't the newest, they have the biggest facitilty I've seen so far. The staff was super attentive and entergetic, I can't wait to go back there again!

Worst experience EVER. Ive been going to this spa for over 7 YEARS. The last 2-3 times I went it was a JOKE. I asked for a medium warm brown, the first couple times it was applied it was beautiful. All of a sudden the colorist turned it black by mixing it with another color THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR. Then when I made an appointment to address the situation they only gave me a 30-minute appointment for a process that takes well over 2 hours. Two trips later and they finally fixed the situation, but not with a very good attitude. A couple weeks later my mother was due for touch ups, highlights, and a cut. They AGAIN mess up the scheduling and dont have enough time for the cut, so last minute they called and told us we needed to be in an hour early to do the cut and blow-dry before the color, which made no sense at all considering that the technician would be gone by the time the color was finished! Wet hair for 300+? I dont think so. We decided to go in to the appointment anyway. This is when it got down right ridiculous. WORST HAIRCUT EVER. It looked like a weed-wacker got a hold of a beautiful head of hair. The experience was already going down hill..and fast. We then went to the color room to find out that they had added on and extra 80+ dollars to the price of the color treatment due to a touch up that we were told was not necessary and that "It would be included in the highlight price if it wasnt grow out over an inch." By this point we were ready to leave and never come back. The entire staff was rude, and not helpful in the least. The entire time we are going through this fiasco nobody asked us if we would like a cold beverage (water or cranberry juice) not the manager, the hair technician, the colorist, the girls at the front desk that are there to just take up space; no one. This WAS once a very classy spa in the Dallas area, not anymore. A couple days later we felt it was necessary to contact the manager about this situation she really had nothing to say except for a couple Ohs and Im sorrys, which did no good what-so-ever my mother still sitting there with roots and grown off highlights and only half a head of hair. The manager continued to say how she would see about a refund for the hair cut and NEVER returned a call. Such a good manager huh?!? If you want a beautiful cut and color I WOULD NOT advise this place. For someone that had been attending this spa for over seven years should NEVER be treated this way, I feel disrespected and robbed of my money.
