Timberlane Regional Middle School, located in Plaistow, N.H., offers classes from grades six through eight. The school provides instruction in a wide range of academic areas, including reading, language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. Its instructors use a variety of print materials for improving reading skills, such as including class sets of novels, nonfiction materials and a literature series. Timberlane Regional Middle School has a writing program that focuses on improving grammar, spellings, vocabulary, and speaking and listening skills. The school offers various kinds of after school activities, including art and book clubs, board games, sewing, cooking, chess and Spanish clubs, student newspaper and ski club. It provides several library resources and health services for students. The school also arranges various sporting activities for students.
